Our Story...

Hey there my friend, welcome. 

My name is Paul Hutchings.  

I'm a friend, a family man and a freedom crusader.    

I live in Southeast Idaho with my wife and 4 little boys.  
I’m blessed to say that after lots of trial and error, and years of struggle, I finally found my way to the top of the home business profession.

I’ve now personally sponsored over 1,400 customers and have helped to mentor some of the world’s most successful home business entrepreneurs.

I’ve served on the leadership councils of my last 2 companies and earned what some would consider to be, a small fortune from home.  

A few years ago on a cruise to the Bahamas, I met a guy named Mike who’d also discovered the same home business success formula.

Mike used this formula to go from not even being able to afford his groceries, to retiring from the military and becoming a full time stay at home dad.  

He’s currently a top 5 income earner in his company.

He’s recruited over 1,800 customers and consistently ranks as a top 10 producer for some of the world’s biggest home business launches.  

Together, Mike and I have personally sponsored over 3,000 customers and earned over 1.7 millions dollars in commissions.

You see, it wasn’t always like this for Mike and I.  

We both struggled for years.    

Before I built my first successful home business, my struggles punched me in the gut, dropped me to my knees & made me cry out to God for help.

I still remember the night.

There I was kneeling, tears streaming, looking over the 2 sleeping faces of my boys, praying for a miracle.

There were many times along my freedom journey that I wondered if I was ever gonna make it. 

I mean after 14 failed businesses, I gotta admit, even I was starting to question my sanity & wonder if this was ever gonna work for me.

People see me today, staying home full time with my family,

...living debt­ free, and having money to save & invest for the future.  

They mistakenly conclude that I’ve always been successful, or that it somehow came easy to me.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

I remember all too well, slaving away, day by day in that office cubicle, dreaming of being able to quit my job.

I remember leaving my wife & kids every morning to go to work,

...wishing from the bottom of my heart that I could find a way to be a full time dad so I could be there for my family when they needed me most.

I remember lying awake at night, worrying about bills, debt & whether or not I was ever gonna have enough money to provide for the future.

Can you relate?

As you continue to read, I wanna share with you my TRUE story of failure to success in home business & how I finally won my freedom.

I also wanna give you some of the biggest lessons I learned along way. 

My hope is that my story and insights can be a blessing to you, & hopefully help you avoid so much of the struggle I had to go through.  

My journey starts back in 2005, when I was working in a call center cubicle making $11.09 an hour.   I met my sweetheart Corene, at church one Sunday and somehow convinced her to go on a date with me. ;­)

Long story short ­we got married.

We didn’t have much money at the time, so we got a loan for $13,500 to buy a single wide trailer house that we parked on my grandpa’s farm here in Idaho.

We were deeply in love and very happy, but we knew we wanted to have kids and eventually own a home of our own to raise our family in. 

Corene wanted to be a stay at home mom and I desperately wanted to support her in that.

Another dream of ours was to be debt free and we realized that none of that was gonna happen making $11 bucks an hour.

That’s when I decided to do something different and start my first home business.

I still remember, sitting in that run down warehouse, with my pregnant wife sitting next to me on a folding metal chair ­staring hopefully at the whiteboard at the front of the room.

I remember thinking to myself, this is gonna be so easy.

I mean how hard could it be, right?

Find a few people who wanna buy some great products and maybe earn some extra income.

I thought I was gonna be raking it in fast.

Boy was I wrong.

My entire first year, I made zero dollars.

I called all my friends and family.

I went door to door, traveled to meetings, mailed letters.

I called referrals and put flyers on parked cars in freezing Idaho winters.

You name it, I did it.

I remember getting rejected, looked down on and criticized by people I loved, all because I wanted more out of life.

And after ALL that, I found myself jobless, living in a trailer, wife & kids to support with only a few hundred bucks a month coming in.

One day my wife comes home in tears from a doctor’s appointment, and tells me that Kyson, our 2 week old son, had been diagnosed with a birth defect.

It was called “craniosynostosis” and meant the bones in his head were fused together so he needed a $50,000 surgery down at primary children's hospital.

This was by far one of the lowest points of my life.

I remember putting my 2 oldest boys to bed one night ­after reading them their bedtime stories and watching them drift off to sleep.

I looked at their faces and just started to cry.

I felt like I was failing as a husband, father and provider.

For 5 years, I’d been trying to build a business from home, and despite my best efforts, it just wasn’t working.  

I was lost, confused and embarrassed.

With tears streaming down my face, I did the only thing I could think to do at the time…

I dropped to my knees and offered one of the most sincere prayers of my life.   

Believe it or not, within 2 weeks of that prayer, something miraculous happened.

I got a clear impression that I needed to begin a serious study of a book that had been written nearly 100 years ago.  

This was strange to me because I’d actually read the book 5 years before, but this time was different.  

This time I felt I needed to not just read it, - I needed to study, understand and apply what was inside.

And so it began.  

Each night, while my wife & kids were sleeping, I’d walk up and down the driveway outside my trailer house, beneath the Idaho stars, and proclaim my vision of freedom, per the instructions in the book.  

After a few weeks of doing this,  I went from a state of hoping, praying and wishing that I might be able to earn an income from home, to a state of certainty, a state of faith.  

Suddenly, I KNEW that the money was there waiting for me and all I had to do was perform the service necessary to bring that money into my bank account.  

This faith filled my entire business.  

The way I talked, walked and interacted with people transformed because for the first time in my life, I really believed that I would be successful in my home based business.

One of my mentors, a man by the name of Jim Rohn said in an audio one time,

“You can’t say that faith doesn’t exist because you can’t see it.  

That would be like saying radiation doesn’t exist.  We know radiation exists because it has an effect, and it’s the same with faith.”

Looking back now, I realize, what I’d started to uncover was the power of developing an unstoppable mindset, which I later found out, was the first part of the success formula.  

Mindset + _____________   X _____________ = _____________.

Now stay with me, because I’m gonna give you the whole thing in just a minute.

I went on to discover that there was actually a complete set of laws, that when followed, could lead anyone to an unstoppable belief in themselves, their abilities and their future.

This, I learned, was a crucial step in the freedom formula, and although I didn’t realize it at the time, I’d stumbled into the motherload of information on this topic.  

More on that later.

The next piece of the puzzle came as I was frantically searching the internet, for new and better skills I could use to grow my business.

I remember staring at the computer screen one day, looking at some information, just like you're doing right now, and having my mind blown with ideas that I’d never even thought of before.  

I’d been in network marketing for 5 years, and while making lists of people to talk to about my business had been a great place to start,

...it had never occurred to me that there were other things I could do to find customers and build my team.

I guess I’d always believed that the secret to success in this business was finding the right product or compensation plan.  

Sort of like the old the saying…

“If you build a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door”

I’d thought that was true.

Then, one day, one of my 7 figure mentors, slapped me upside the head and said “Get with it”.

She went on to say, “The world will only beat a path to your door Paul, if it KNOWS that you’ve built a better mousetrap, and this is done through marketing.”  

She told me there were millions of people scattered throughout the world, who were literally waking up every morning, hungry to buy the exact thing I was selling.  

...And that If I could just learn to put what I had to sell, directly in front of those people, instead of trying to convince people who were not even interested, my success would become almost effortless.

At least compared to what I’d been doing.

This, I learned, was a principle called “Tapping Into Natural Demand” and it’s a marketing concept that changed my business forever.  

One of the best examples of this was when I checked my Google voice account after getting started with some of this stuff...

Imagine my surprise when I heard…

“Hi Paul, my name’s Lynn…I’m about to sign up… I guess I’m asking for your distributor number.”

I literally about fell out of my chair!  

Was this kinda thing even possible?

You bet it was… And it was happening right before my very eyes.

Now, magnetically attracting ready-to-join customers and business partners does require some skill to make happen.  

But wouldn’t you agree that if you could learn how to have customers and distributors calling you, with credit card in hand, ready to join, it would be worth a small investment of time and money?

All of this to say that I’d finally stumbled onto the home business success formula and it was simpler than I ever could have imagined.

This was the formula that got me to my first $3,000 per month from home and it’s the same formula I used to become a top earner, pay off the mortgage on my house and be invited to speak on stages throughout the world.

Turns out this was the exact formula, my friend Mike had been using too.

In the beginning, we didn’t really know how to explain this to others.  

Then one day my friend Todd, another top earner, asked me,

“Paul, would you like to know the formula for success in home business?”  

Of course, I said.  

Here it is…

Mindset + Skillset X performance = Results

Well that’s simple enough, right?  

Only one problem…

If having success in a home business was so simple, then why on Earth, did it take Mike and I, a combined total of 9 years to win our freedom from home? 

And that's when we discovered the 3 enemies that seemed dead set on crushing people’s dreams and stopping from reaching their goals in home business.  

ENEMY #1)  Extreme complexity causing mass confusion in people’s lives.   

Information is scattered everywhere.

Part of the reason Mike and I both failed for so long, was the fact that the treasure map seemed to be shredded to pieces and scattered all over the place.

Authors, speakers, gurus taking bits and pieces of the puzzle and dropping them in random places everywhere, so ya had be a master sleuth or detective just to find them, let alone put em’ all together.

Why not just put it all in one place we wondered?  

And then there was ENEMY #2)  Lack of quality…

There seemed to be people everywhere, selling information based on things they’d never actually done.   

We also noticed people selling information on ‘hype’ versus what the training could actually do to help someone’s life.   

In fact, when I think about about it, this sorta makes me mad.   

There’s a trend in the market to ‘target’ home business owners simply because we’re a “hungry market.”  

And while there’s nothing inherently wrong with this, the real problems begin when people begin selling us ‘random stuff’, falsely getting our hopes up with hype and other empty promises,

...distracting us with every new promotion of the week, and in some cases not even caring what happens to us, our families or our futures, all so they can make a buck.  

In fact, I remember getting a phone call one day from a guy in my home town who’d heard that I’d had some success in network marketing.  

He asked me if I thought I could run a company as the CEO.  

When i asked him why, this is what he said…

“Personally, I hate network marketing. I detest it.

However, I have an idea that I think would work with that model, so I’m thinking about starting a company.”  

Are you KIDDING ME!?   

Unfortunately not.  

Our “profession” is filled with people like this.

People who see the money that can be made by profiteering on our blood, sweat, tears & even on the backs of our families.  

Leveraging our ‘dreams’ for profit.  

INFURIATING isn’t it?  

And another thing we noticed, relating to quality (or the lack thereof I should say)...

In many of the trainings Mike and I were going through, we noticed heavy biases towards certain types of business building.  

For example, The “internet people” would make fun of the “traditional network marketers” and vice versa.  

We’d get people started with internet marketing training and they’d struggle because no one was teaching the basics.  

Or we’d teach the basics, and people would get frustrated because they couldn’t move on to more advanced types of marketing.

Why was no one teaching all this stuff together in one place?

And then there's the last one - > Enemy #3 -> A blatant disregard of putting people first

Unfortunately, we’ve seen a growing trend of people in the home business profession, operating from a “what’s good for me” versus a “what’s good for others” or more importantly “What’s good for all of us standpoint.  

I mean if your main goal is to make money from selling training to people, and it’s not combined with the principle of “Putting others first”,

….what can result is, actions that are in alignment with making money for the seller but out of alignment with doing what’s right for everyone.  

One example of this is the common practice we’ve seen, of people constantly pitching offer, after offer, after offer.  

Strategy after strategy, after strategy.

…Upsell after upsell after upsell.  

I mean, you’d buy something - thinking it was gonna help your business, only to hear them say…

“Oh, well you’ve only purchased a part of the secret. 

To get the rest you’re gonna to have to pull out your credit card and buy all these other products, masterminds and coaching programs, seemingly with no end in sight.”  


Talk about destroying focus and keeping people in a never ending loop of jumping from idea to idea, looking for “the secret” which always seemed to be just around the next corner and never within their grasp.     

So finally, one morning as I was thinking about all these problems, I got outta the shower and called Mike on the phone to vent, & share some ideas I’d been having on fixing this mess.  

Turns out Mike had been having the exact same thoughts and that’s when we decided to create...
