Refunds, Returns, and Subscription Cancellations Policy

However, all purchases are protected by a money-back return policy.

Here's how it works...

First 3 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 3 days (72 hours) after the initial time of purchase or monthly re-bill, simply delete any digital files you may have downloaded, including video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund by sending an email to [email protected].  You will be refunded the full amount for the most recent charge amount.  That's a firm promise and commitment.

After 3 Days

No refunds will be granted after 3 days (72 hours) from the time and date of the initial purchase or most recent subscription re-bill.

No Refunds On Trial Memberships

There will be no refunds on discounted trial memberships including but not limited to our 7-day $1 trial for HBA Premium because in most cases, these trial memberships cost us money to provide as a courtesy to our customers.  

Refunds On Multiple Purchase Will Be Applied As 'In Store' Credit Only

Every once in a while we have a customer who mistakenly purchases a product more than once.  When we are made aware of these cases we will apply the overpayment from the double purchase as 'in-store credit' on the original account. 

Example:  Customer makes 2 purchases of our HBA Funnel Builder for $25.   One product will be canceled and the $25 that was mistakenly paid on the 2nd purchase will be applied to the original purchase, making it so the customer will have access to 2 months of the product for the $50 that was paid.   

Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] and will not be processed in any other way.   Please provide us with the name on your account as well as the specific product / subscription you wish to cancel.  

When we process the cancellation you will immediately lose access to the product and there will be no pro-rated refunds given for any remaining time left in the subscription cycle. 

If you wish to have continued use of the product through the full subscription cycle, please wait towards the end of the subscription cycle to send us your cancellation request.  

Contacting Us

Email your refund or subscription cancellation request to [email protected]. Please include the words "Refund Request" or "Subscription Cancellation Request" in the subject line of your email.

When you communicate with us by email concerning a request for a refund or subscription cancellation, you are agreeing that we can respond to you by email or other electronic means of communication.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund or canceled your subscription. We want satisfied customers.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

This Policy and Customer Agreements

Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.

GDPR Fees

Any fees charged to process a request made under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
