Commissions are paid once per week via our commissions portal every Thursday on sales that have completed the 5-day hold.
There is a $1 minimum net payout threshold. Balances below $1 are held until the net payable amount reaches that threshold.
Commissions are not paid for any sales for which payment has not been received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason. HBA reserves the unilateral right to reject any transaction within its sole discretion for any reason.
HBA is not responsible for paying interest to Affiliates for accrued but not yet delivered commission payments.
If a transaction incurs a charge-back, or if an online transaction is not completed in every way, no commission payment is due to the Affiliate. If a commission has already been paid, then it will be deducted from an active Affiliate's future commissions.
How payouts are delivered: Eligible commissions are processed in US Dollars through the i-Payout Global eWallet portal.
Setting up payouts: When your first commission is due, you will receive an invitation to activate your i-Payout account, submit required tax documentation, and select a withdrawal method. You are responsible for completing the setup and keeping your i-Payout account, tax documentation, and payout information current.
After HBA sends eligible commissions to i-Payout, i-Payout's current terms and fee schedule govern how those funds are held, withdrawn, charged, restricted, or otherwise handled. Please review i-Payout's current terms or contact i-Payout directly for details.
Commission eligibility: Maintain at least one active core subscription—Let's Goal, Funnel Builder, or Premium—and own the specific product sold. Separately published bonus-product rules may provide an exception.
Payment recovery (19 days): A failed recurring charge starts a 19-day recovery period. Retryable declines receive up to four additional charge attempts and four recovery emails. Products and commission eligibility remain active throughout this recovery window.
Inactive protection (60 days): If the final core subscription becomes inactive, commission eligibility pauses, but referred customers and affiliate attribution remain attached for 60 full days. Lost Commission notices are sent when an otherwise commissionable customer charge occurs. Reactivating within those 60 days preserves those relationships.
Reassignment: After 60 full inactive days, referred customers, affiliate-link traffic attribution, and eligible unpaid commissions are reassigned to the next active affiliate in the upline. This sponsor-continuity policy does not change HBA's single-tier structure: affiliates earn commissions from customers they refer directly, not multi-level payouts.
We reserve the right to withhold commission payments temporarily to verify sales.
