What are the products?

HBA offers three monthly products: Let's Goal for personal development, the HBA Funnel Builder for online marketing, and HBA Premium for advanced training and tools. The Financial Literacy Academy is a separate one-time program covering taxes, debt elimination, and wealth building.

How does the compensation plan work?

HBA pays 80% commissions on personal referrals, with no ranks or quotas. You must own a product to earn commissions on it, and subscription commissions can recur while the referred customer remains active.

Does it really work?

Will it work for me?
No one can promise a specific result because your effort, consistency, and application matter. HBA gives you a structured system, ready-to-use marketing tools, and support to help you build, even if you are starting without online-business experience.
How much time does it take to build the business?
There is no set hour requirement, and many members build part time around other commitments. The Turnkey System handles much of the follow-up, so you can focus your available time on learning, sharing, and connecting with leads.
Are there any other costs?

Your total cost depends on the products you choose. HBA includes the core tools and training for those products, while optional items such as domains, extra email or AI credits, and paid advertising depend on how you decide to build.

How will I get leads?
HBA gives you a Turnkey capture page, automated email follow-up, Sage AI chat, and training to help you attract prospects. You still create the traffic by sharing and promoting, while the system helps educate and follow up with your leads.
Will I get help if I join HBA?
Yes. All members get the weekly What's Working Now session, while Premium members receive founder-led mastermind coaching five days a week; Sage and the HBA community are also available for everyday questions.
How often will I get paid?

Eligible commissions are paid weekly on Thursdays through iPayout after the applicable five-day hold. Refunds and qualification rules can affect the exact payout timing.

Who started the company?
Paul Hutchings and Mike Hobbs founded The Home Business Academy in 2016 after years in home business and affiliate marketing. They remain involved in the company and regularly coach HBA members.
